01Goal

Fill weekday tastings without adding phone hours, and give trade visitors a place to read about the estate before they arrive.

02Approach

A single-scroll site built around the tasting calendar: estate story, three tasting formats, and a booking flow that takes four taps. Photography leads, text supports.

03Result

Bookings now arrive overnight instead of during opening hours, and the front desk answers fewer basic questions. Visitors see availability before they call.

Built around the tasting calendar

The estate runs three tasting formats, each with a different rhythm and a different visitor. The old site listed all three on one page and asked people to email. We gave each one its own block, with the next four available dates pulled straight from the calendar.

Tasting blocks, each with live availability.

Photography carries the page. Text stays short and factual: what you taste, how long it takes, what it costs. Anything a visitor would otherwise phone to ask is answered before the booking step.

The booking widget is deliberately boring — a date, a format, a headcount, a card. It runs on the estate’s existing calendar, so there is nothing new for the family to check each morning.

“The phone still rings — just not for opening hours any more.”
